Light Snow Across The Region Today

Champlain Valley Weather Discussion:
Currently across the Champlain Valley, Northern Adirondack Mountains, and the Western Slopes of the Green Mountains, widespread light snow showers are falling. This light snow will continue into early this evening, ending last in the Western slopes of the green mountains, where the snow could be occasionally moderate. Total snow accumulations will range from a Dusting in the Champlain Valley to 3 inches along the western slopes of the green mountains. Overall travel should be alright, but use caution when driving on snow covered roads, or while driving in falling snow. Visibilities could drop to as low as a half of a mile briefly, especially in the western slope communities such as Bakersfield, Jericho, Cambridge, and Huntington. Stay tuned for any further updates.
